7-day Tropical Landscaping Workshop
Over the past three years, Greenara has hosted several editions of its 3-day Tropical Landscaping Workshops. This 7-day format has grown from a desire to dive deeper into the practice, giving participants more time to explore the world of tropical landscaping, observe and reflect, and develop a more grounded approach to landscape design.
Day by day
Day 1: Welcome to Greenara and the fundamentals
Day 2: Our World : Site visits to our landscape design projects.
Days 3 & 4: Hands-on Learning: Rewilding Methods
Day 5: A detour : A day off to explore Malabar
through its crafts, culture and food.
Day 6: Putting It into Practice : Applying the week's learnings
to a one-cent plot at Greenara.
Day 7: Way forward and Conclusion
The workshop includes site visits, interactions with experts and hands-on learning sessions. Also, farm experiences, from swimming and mud baths to farm-to-table meals and tropical walks are part of the event.
Who can participate?
You don’t need to be an architect or a designer to join this workshop! This is for anyone inspired by nature and dreaming of a wilder world!
